ARL Publishes RLI Special Issue on Influencing Public Policies: Access, Openness, and Innovation
Washington DC—The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) has published issue 273 of Research Library Issues ( RLI ) , which focuses on several critical public policy issues of importance to the research library community.
This issue of RLI features articles on net neutrality, fair use, and open access to federally funded research. Guest editor, Prudence Adler, sets the stage for these articles as she describes how these issues are inextricably linked to one another.
