YALSA's Research Committee seeks poster sessions for ALA’s Annual Conference in New Orleans

CHICAGO — The Research Committee of the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) invites library and information science faculty, students and practicing librarians to propose a poster session at the ALA Annual Conference in New Orleans, June 23-28, 2011. The poster session will give presenters a chance to highlight their research in a less formal setting.

Posters may represent any portion of the researcher’s or research team’s work, including the theoretical framework, research methodology, findings and conclusions. For guidelines, please read over the YALSA Research Agenda. Presenters should be prepared to discuss their research and answer questions during the entire conference session, which is approximately 90 minutes.
