Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ferrellgas, which has completed more than 225 acquisitions in its history, has grown from a single-location, independently owned propane retailer.

Kansas-based Ferrellgas Partners, through its operating partnership, Ferrellgas, L.P., serves around one million customers in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
