(OTCBB: BUKX) said that Manning Elliott, LLP, has resigned as the independent auditors of the company effective October 7, and that MaloneBailey, LLP, were appointed in their place effective the same date.

Buckingham said that there were no reservations or qualifications in the former auditor's report in connection with the company's financial statements for the last two fiscal years, other than a going concern statement.

The company added that there were no disagreements between Buckingham and the former auditors or any reportable events, except with respect to certain weaknesses in the firm’s internal controls and with respect to the accounting for a debenture settlement.

Colorado-based Buckingham Exploration is an exploration stage company whose principal business is the acquisition and exploration of mineral resources.
