Dr. Josef V. Selvaganthan earned his medical degree in Singapore before obtaining a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Toronto and a doctorate in theology from Trinity College. After working in a hospital in Singapore, Selvaganthan began full-time work as a minister serving in the United States and throughout Southeast Asia.
