Oil & Gas: Brumley Stepping Down At Bristow
June 11, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Bristow Group, Inc. (NYSE: BRS), a provider of helicopter services to the offshore energy industry, said that Elizabeth D. Brumley, VP, finance and chief financial officer, will be departing the employ of the company. The company's board has appointed William E. Chiles, Bristow’s president and CEO, as CFO until a replacement is named.
According to Bristow, Brumley, who has been with Bristow for five years, has agreed to remain with the firm in her present capacities through June 15.
The company said it has launched a search for a replacement with a national executive recruiting firm.
Texas-based Bristow is a provider of helicopter services to the worldwide offshore energy industry and one of two helicopter service providers to the offshore energy industry with global operations.
