(AMEX: UMH) said it has closed the acquisition of the Sunny Acres and Suburban Estates manufactured housing communities located in Pennsylvania for a total purchase price of $13.2 million. With the closing, UMH owns 30 communities containing around 7,200 home-sites. Samuel A. Landy, UMH president, said that the communities are in close proximity to the company’s other Western Pennsylvania assets.
