BDO will begin providing services for the company’s first fiscal quarter of 2010.

ZST said that the decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Kempisty on any matter of accounting principals or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.

China-based ZST Digital Networks is principally engaged in supplying digital and optical network equipment and providing installation services to cable system operators in China.

The company has developed a line of IPTV devices that are used to provide bundled cable television, internet and telephone services to residential and commercial customers.
