The company, which serves as the import agent for NCS (Suzhou), Ltd., purchased the IBM servers from NCS PTE, Ltd., on behalf of NCS (Suzhou), to facilitate and expedite the transaction.

China Logistics said that the contract was completed, and will be recorded, in the first quarter of 2010.
