Is Home Secretary, Alan Johnson Knowingly Compromising UK & Eu Immigration And Security?

Letter to UK Home Secretary with allegations of serious dereliction of duty in failing to apprehend a known "illegal entrant"

PRESS DISPENSARY - Friday, Apr 09, 2010 - Open letter to Alan Johnson, Home Secretary

Sir,

I am writing about an "illegal entrant", known to you, whom you have failed and refused to apprehend. This matter has been brought to your attention, not least by the Prime Minister himself. Despite documentary evidence, you have denied it and refused to act, probably putting at risk UK and EU security and immigration always. Please explain before the election why this ought not to be regarded as gross dereliction by you of your duties.

I am not revealing the identity of this illegal entrant in this letter but could: which of the many identities would you prefer?

If I do not receive your substantive reply before the election I take it to mean that you do not consider yourselves accountable or talk of fairness to UK citizens nor to your constituents. You may reply to contact@uhys.net

It would appear that you have failed in your duty to protect UK citizens, their security and their human rights. You have wrongly refused to carry out your duties to enforce UK and EU immigration and nationality laws. For example 40 or more illegal entries have been admitted under oath by this illegal entrant alone. Some may say this is a highly undesirable person who, in other countries, would have been deported immediately, not to mention action for the many other admitted crimes such as forgery, fraud, deception, false benefit claims and perjury to pervert the course of justice to name a few.

Yet you have even been defending this illegal entrant in court. Could it be to save face or to cover up your lack of immigration controls, dereliction of your duties before the elections? Have you been more than economic with the truth?

Are you taking the British people for fools? Are you too turning into a serial offender in misleading the British public? The European citizens too? Hardly the best person or the best "party to control immigration". You do not seem to have a proper plan to control immigration, apart from encouraging and defending illegal entrants. You have been consistently refusing to be subject to open and responsible debate.

You have even failed and refused to implement Home Office's internal immigration policies to detain and deport this admitted illegal entrant in accordance with Khawaja v SSHD [1983] UKHL, published on your website.

HM The Queen and the Prime Minister referred the case of this illegal entrant to your office, yet the Home Office still persistently failed and refused to act. What have citizens of the UK to do in order to get YOU, Minister, to provide proper protection for our borders, our security and human rights, as well as EU borders and EU citizens?

Are you putting UK security at risk in this case, as well as in numerous other ones? As in 457,000 immigration cases which have not been processed in 2006, confirmed by John Reid, Home Secretary. As in 40,000 immigrants that that you lost track of and which was confirmed in December 2009 by Keith Vaz MP (chairman of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Home Affairs). This raises crucial questions of how many immigration records are unaccounted for or have been systematically destroyed by Home Office as the only way of clearing them. Could one of these records you destroyed have concerned the presence in the UK of Mr Bin Laden? You just don't know.

The Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP, together with 14 other MPs in December, 2009, have stated that the Home Office is not fit for purpose. As did John Reid, Home Secretary, in 2006.

I therefore ask you to give your undertaking before the election that you will carry out your statutory duties forthwith, starting with this illegal entrant, by enforcing UK and EU immigration laws in order to protect UK borders and UK citizens and their human rights, or that before the election you will explain why you have not done so.

Yours faithfully

J Seiden
