According to KVH the new unit, which is also known as KVH Singapore, equips the company to support growing demand for KVH's mini-VSAT Broadband satellite communications service and TracVision satellite TV systems and services in the region's maritime market.

Rhode Island-based KVH Industries, along with its subsidiaries, KVH Europe A/S and KVH Industries Asia Pte. Ltd., are providers of in-motion satellite TV and communications systems.

The products are used on vessels, vehicles, and aircraft.
