In this role, Hensley will be responsible for the global operations of Gerova’s insurance subsidiaries, as well as designing and implementing strategies for the growth of the insurance group.

Prior to joining Gerova, Hensley had spent ten years as a senior vice president with Wells Fargo & Co., and an executive officer of Wells Fargo’s Bermuda-based reinsurance subsidiary, Union Hamilton Reinsurance, Ltd.
