Kimberly-Clark Ups Dividend
February 24, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Kimberly-Clark Corp.’s (NYSE: KMB) board of directors has approved a dividend increase of 10 percent. The move will bring the company’s quarterly dividend to 66 cents per share, up from 60 cents per share in 2009.
The board declared the dividend payable on April 5, 2010, to stockholders of record on March 5, 2010. This is the 38th consecutive year Kimberly-Clark has raised its dividend.
Texas-based Kimberly-Clark’s brands include Kleenex, Scott, Huggies, Pull-Ups, Kotex and Depend.
