(OTCBB: TECM) said that its partner, Peacock Media, has received a purchase order in the amount of Rp60 million (around $1.36 million) for prime advertisement slots in a fleet of long distance buses to be operated by a joint venture between TechMedia and Peacock Media.

The purchase order was from a marketing company in India, according to TechMedia. The advertisements are scheduled to begin on April 1, 2010 and end March 31, 2011.

TechMedia Advertising said it plans to specialize in new outdoor media technology solutions designed to increase market presence and brand awareness for its potential clients. The Singapore-based firm said it expects to sell prime advertising space both in high-traffic as well as previously unexplored areas.
