February 12, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Hawaiian Hospitality Group, Inc. (OTC: HHGI): has effected a 10-for-one forward stock split of the company’s common stock shares.
Each HHGI shareholder of record at the close of business January 29, 2010, will receive nine additional shares for every outstanding share held as of the date thereof. The payment date for the additional shares was February 11, 2010.
