February 2, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: CGX) said that its AGS Custom Graphics unit has acquired certain assets of Modern International Graphics, Inc. and Modern Logistics, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ohio-based Modern International a commercial printing firm in the Cleveland area. Owner David Margiotta and certain other employees of Modern International Graphics and Modern Logistics have joined AGS Custom Graphics.

Texas-based Consolidated Graphics is a general commercial printing firm with 70 printing businesses located across 27 states, Toronto, and Prague.
