Hanley Named To Xenith Bankshares Board

January 26, 2010 (FinancialWire) — Xenith Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: XBKS) board has appointed Patrick D. Hanley, formerly the senior vice president and CFO of Overnite Corp., to serve as a director of the company.

He will serve as a director until the company’s 2010 annual meeting of shareholders at which it is expected that he will stand for election, or until his resignation or the election or appointment of his successor. Hanley will be a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee of the board of directors.

Hanley was the senior vice president and CFO of Overnight Corp. through its transition from a subsidiary of Union Pacific to a public company and subsequent sale to UPS.
