With the acquisition, Wonder Auto said it expands its auto parts business in areas such as automotive safety systems and auto electronic systems.

Jinheng’s main products are passive safety restraint system products, such as airbags and seatbelts.

Passive safety restraint system products are currently optional to OEMs in China.
