Under the deal, Schenectady, New York-based GPP will be the bulk distributor of the full line of Green Earth’s “G”-Branded products in the North East and Mid Atlantic.

The companies plan to penetrate various market segments including automotive manufacturers, car rentals, municipalities, schools and hospitals.

Green Planet Products is an affiliated company of the Galesi Group, which has bulk infrastructure facilities as well as truck and rail systems already in position in the North East and Mid Atlantic.

Connecticut-based Green Earth Technologies produces G-branded products made with American-grown base oils.
