December 10, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Raytheon Co’s (NYSE: RTN) board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 31 cents per outstanding share of common stock. The cash dividend is payable on January 28, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 4, 2010.
Massachusetts-based Raytheon posted 2008 sales of $23.2 billion. The company is specialized in defense, homeland security and other government markets throughout the world.
