Virginia-based Unitek is a provider of supply chain management services. Further terms were not disclosed.

Unitek provides supplier management, development, source inspections and related technical services to corporations worldwide. Unitek’s current management and employees are expected to remain with the firm and continue to operate from its Centreville headquarters.

France-based Bureau Veritas offers conformity assessment services in the areas of quality, health, safety, environment and social responsibility.

National Technical Systems is a provider of engineering and testing services to the defense, aerospace, telecommunications, automotive and high technology markets.
