Dissinger Named CFO Of Kellogg
December 9, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Kellogg Co. (NYSE: K) has promoted Ronald Dissinger to chief financial officer, effective January 3, 2010. Dissinger was previously vice president and chief financial officer for Kellogg North America. He will serve as a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team and report to John Bryant who had previously held the dual role of CFO and COO.
Dissinger most recently served in the dual position of chief financial officer, Kellogg Europe, and chief financial officer, Kellogg International, from 2005 to 2007, and later vice president and chief financial officer for Kellogg North America.
Michigan-based Kellogg is a producer of cereal and a producer of convenience foods, including cookies, crackers, toaster pastries, cereal bars, fruit-flavored snacks, frozen waffles and veggie foods.
