iMergent Announces Change of Fiscal Year
November 27, 2009 (FinancialWire) — The iMergent, Inc. (AMEX: IIG), a provider of eCommerce software, site development, web hosting and search engine optimization for businesses and entrepreneurs, board of directors authorized a change in the company’s fiscal year end to December 31 from June 30, effective for fiscal year 2010.
The company plans to report its financial results for the six month transition period of July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 on an Annual Report on form 10-K.
