November 27, 2009 (FinancialWire) — HF Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: HFFC) has closed an underwritten public offering of common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share. The company sold 2.875 million shares of its common stock, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option, for total gross proceeds of $23 million.
The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses are approximately $20.744 million.
