November 20, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Monogram Energy, Inc. (OTC: MGRN) said it has completed the acquisition of Triad Therapeutics, Inc. Under the terms of a Stock Purchase and Recapitalization Agreement, shareholders of Monogram acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Triad in exchange for around 95% ownership to the Triad shareholders in the combined company.

Monogram said it plans to apply to FINRA to change their name to Triad Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. and obtain a new ticker symbol.

Triad Therapeutics provides intravenous pharmaceuticals and supplies along with clinical nursing and pharmacy services to patients at home and in alternate care facilities.

The specialized IV infusion services involve the administration of compounded medications needed in the treatment of a range of acute and chronic conditions.
