Wells Named Administration Chief Of Sionix
October 28, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Sionix Corp. (OTCBB: SINX) (Current Market Cap: $17.50 Mil.) a designer and manufacturer of water purification systems, has named David R. Wells its chief administration officer, a new position at the firm.
Wells most recently served as chief financial officer of Voyant International.
Sionix chairman John Pavia said that Wells’ presence in the new position, “will allow the company to focus on certain transactions and reporting issues, establishing a solid platform for growth.”
Wells said he believes the company “is poised for a transition as it completes the last phase of product testing with its first customer, and should soon emerge from its development stage.”
Anaheim, California-based Sionix designs water purification systems intended for use in defense, government facilities, emergency water supplies during natural disasters, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, resorts and hotels, housing development projects, industrial process waters including food, dairy and meat processing, and brackish waste water from oil and gas drilling.
