He most recently served as EVP and CFO of Cadence Innovation LLC, a manufacturer of automotive interior systems.

Prior to Cadence, Shah served as CFO at Remy International, a manufacturer of automotive and commercial products from 2002 to 2006.

He will assume his new role at X-Rite on October 19.
