Intra-day, none of the four indexes dipped into negative territory.
The NYSE closed up 150.51 points (+2.140%) at 7,182.38. The NYSE’s intra-day range was 156.01 points, with an intra-day high of +156.03 points and an intra-day low of +0.02 points.
The S&P closed up 18.83 points (+1.755%) at 1,092.02. The S&P’s intra-day range was 14.49 points, with an intra-day high of +19.98 points and an intra-day low of +5.49 points.
The Nasdaq closed up 32.34 points (+1.511%) at 2,172.23. The Nasdaq’s intra-day range was 16.47 points, with an intra-day high of +34.06 points and an intra-day low of +17.59 points.
The Dow closed up 144.80 points (+1.467%) at 10,015.86. The Dow’s intra-day range was 191.43 points, with an intra-day high of +193.92 points and an intra-day low of +2.49 points.
