Sanfilippo Named CEO Of Hudson Holding
October 13, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Hudson Holding Corp. (OTCBB: HDHL) (Current Market Cap: $15.77 Mil.), the parent of Hudson Securities, Inc., said it has hired Tony Sanfilippo as its chief executive officer.
Sanfilippo joins Hudson from Etico Capital, a boutique merchant bank he co-founded in 2007. Prior to starting Etico, he served as head of U.S. equity trading for Jefferies & Co. (NYSE: JEF).
Jersey City, New Jersey-based Hudson Holding is the parent of Hudson Securities and Hudson Technologies.
