Witt Named CFO Of Mainland Resources
October 7, 2009 (FinancialWire) — The board of Mainland Resources, Inc., (OTCBB: MNLU) (Current Market Cap: $85.83 Mil.) has appointed Mark N. Witt as chief financial officer and member of the board.
Since March 2003, Witt has served as president of Commercial Energy Services, which provides energy consulting and financial management services. During this time, from May 2005 to February 2007, he served as CFO for GFI Oil & Gas, an exploration and production company.
From February 2002 through March 2003, Witt worked with Goldman Sachs in New York City as VP of energy commodities risk management.
