Sullivan, a Boston University and Harvard Business School graduate, has held various positions with DuPont Chemicals and UniRoyal on both national and international levels. He has run a textile and paper manufacturing facility and served as president of HT&T, a hospital television and call system company owned by Philips of Holland.

Sullivan was vice chairman of Applied Digital Solutions where he executed a technology rollup by completing 42 acquisitions. He was previously a partner in The Bay Group, a merger and acquisition firm in New Hampshire. Additionally, Sullivan is past president of Granada Hospital Group, Burlington, Massachusetts.
