The acquisition combines RightNow’s customer relationship management solution with HiveLive’s platform for customer support, engagement, loyalty, and ideation communities.

According to RightNow, the HiveLive platform is available and will be integrated into RightNow by November.

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow offers on demand CRM solutions to corporations and government agencies.
