September 3, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Global Axcess Corp (OTCBB: GAXC) (Current Market Cap: $21.23 Mil.) a provider of self-service kiosk solutions, said it has signed a five-year contract, valued at more than $550,000 per year, with a regional convenience store chain in the Southeastern United States for ATMs at 52 locations.

The company said that the chain is a new customer for Global Axcess. Under the terms of the contract, Global Axcess will install, maintain and conduct transaction processing for ATMs in 52 of the customer’s convenience store outlets.

Global Axcess said it plans to begin generating revenues from these installations in September of 2009.

Jacksonville, Florida-based Global Axcess provides ATM and other self-service kiosk management solutions that include cash and inventory management, project and account management services.

The company currently owns, manages or operates more than 4,400 ATMs and other self-service kiosks in its national network, which spans 43 states.
