He has served as Lincoln’s VP of education and student services for the past year, where he was responsible for the company’s educational and student support systems.

In his expanded role, King will focus on aligning Lincoln’s overall educational approach with the company’s long range strategic plans.

King was previously SVP of academic affairs for Career Education Corp.’s university division and its art and design division, which consisted of 32 schools across the United States and Europe. Prior to joining CECO, John was employed by the Minnesota State College and University System in both administrative and instructional roles.
