EZCorp Names Fosse, Borbely As Unit Presidents

July 7, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Pawnshop operator EZcorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: EZPW) has promoted Eric Fosse to the new position of president of the firm’s Pawn Americas operation and Joe Borbely as president of its Signature Loans division.

Fosse is a five-year veteran of the company and previously served as president of the signature loan division.

In his new role, Fossee will manage the company’s pawn segments throughout the United States, Mexico and any other new pawn entry areas in the Americas.
