Miller replaces Marc Miller, SeaBright’s SVP and chief medical officer, who has also served as COO at THM since its acquisition by SeaBright in December 2007. The two Millers are not related.

In his new role, Jeffrey Miller will have operational responsibility for all THM product offerings, including medical bill review and utilization review.

With the arrival of Jeffrey Miller, Marc Miller will return to a single focus on the ongoing management of SeaBright’s medical expenditures incurred by its policyholders’ injured workers.
