May 26, 2009 (FinancialWire) — China Bio Energy Holdings Group (OTCBB: CBEH) has appointed Albert Pu as the company’s chief financial officer. Pu joined the company in February as its vice president of finance. Li Gaihong, who served as China Bio’s CFO, will continue with the company as its financial controller.

Prior to joining China Bio Energy, Pu served from 2005 through 2009 as global controller of a division of Amphenol Corp. (NYSE: APH), a U.S.-based manufacturing firm specializing in interconnect systems, where he was in charge of facilities in the U.S., Mexico and China.

From 2004 through 2005, Pu was the director of finance of Endicott Interconnect Technologies, a U.S.-based company specializing in high-end interconnect technologies for industrial and military applications.

China-based China Bio Energy Holdings is a distributor of refined oil products including gasoline, diesel, and heavy oil, and a manufacturer and distributor of bio-diesel fuel.

CBEH’s bio-diesel fuel is made at its 100,000-ton capacity facility in Shaanxi Province, China. Feedstock for the plant consists of naturally growing non-edible seeds and waste oil from restaurants. The company’s products are sold via its own distribution network, which includes four fuel depots in Shaanxi Province that have both road and rail access.
