May 22, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp.’s (OTC: YNGFF) (TSX: YNG) board has appointed Robert F. Baldock to the position of president and CEO and Graham C. Dickson to the position of COO.

Baldock joined the company’s board on April 17. He is an accountant, and the former co-founder and managing director and subsequently executive chairman of Golconda Minerals, a group of mining companies. He was also president of a controlled subsidiary, Nevada Goldfields.

Dickson was most recently the founder, CEO and president of YGC Resources, which evolved into Yukon-Nevada Gold. Before joining YNG, Dickson served in various capacities with BYG Natural Resources.
