May 21, 2009 (FinancialWire) — Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RAH) has promoted Charles G. Huber, Jr., the company’s general counsel and secretary, to president of its frozen foods division. Huber will retain his status as a corporate vice president of Ralcorp.

Kevin Hunt, co-CEO and president of Ralcorp Holdings, currently heads the frozen foods division. Until Huber’s successor as general counsel and secretary is selected, he will remain in his current position and Hunt will continue serving as president of the frozen foods unit.

St. Louis-based Ralcorp produces Post branded cereals, a variety of value brand and store brand foods sold under the individual labels of various grocery, mass merchandise and drugstore retailers, and frozen bakery products sold to in-store bakeries, restaurants and other foodservice customers.

In addition, Ralcorp holds an interest of around 17 percent in Vail Resorts, mountain resort operator in the U.S.
