Britt most recently worked at Urban Brands, where she was EVP and CFO since 2006. Prior to Urban Brands, she spent over twelve years at Jones Apparel Group (NYSE: JNY), where she held various leadership positions within finance and investor relations, including EVP of finance from 2002 to 2006.

Thomas D'Ambrosio, who has served as Perry Ellis' interim CFO, will return to his role as SVP and corporate controller for Perry Ellis International.
