February 20, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- NutraCea (OTCBB: NTRZ) (Current Market Cap: US$70.61 Mil.) reported recently its Phoenix facility was in the final stages of testing equipment and training personnel and has begun cereal production and new customer sampling.

The company's Dillon plant was running at about 30% capacity while safety and product quality equipment was being installed. By Feb. 11, the plan was operating in excess of 90% capacity.
