Austin, TX (MMD Newswire) April 1, 2009 -- Austin Party Central, Austin's Party, Event and Wedding Rental Headquarters, announces the acquisition of Premiere Tents and Events, a division of Austin-based Littlefield Hospitality Incorporated. Both Austin Party Central and Premiere Tents and Events help execute social, private and corporate celebrations and events throughout Austin and Central Texas.

Richard Crum, CEO of Home-Tech Industries, Austin Party Central's parent company, advises that the combined companies will operate as Premiere Party Central (PPC). "We're dropping Austin from the name", Mr. Crum explains, "because our long range plans include expansion outside of the Austin area". Mr. Crum adds that PPC will retain the name "Premiere Tents and Events" to provide tenting, event décor and event production.
