March 27, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- China Natural Gas, Inc. (OTCBB: CHNG) said that Richard Wu, the company's chief financial officer, is resigning effective April 30 for personal health and family reasons.

The company said it has assembled a recruiting team and has initiated a search for a new chief financial officer.
