The mexican company Binbit continues its international expansion with the purchase of Atinco South Africa mobile solutions Ltd, a well known company in the market of enterprise mobile aggregators.

Mexico (MMD Newswire) February 26, 2009 -- One of the leaders in mobile phone technology and content provider, Binbit (www.binbit.com), on October 1, 2008, bought the company "Atinco South Africa Mobile Solutions Ltd"; Atinco South Africa offers mobile entertainment services in South Africa and others African countries since 2005.

After several months of negotiation between the two companies, Binbit will now initiate and settle down its presence in the market in this country.
