Mendenhall Named CFO Of Solera Holdings
Mendenhall previously served as senior vice president and CFO of K2, an international sporting equipment manufacturer that was acquired by Jarden in August of 2007. Mendenhall's prior experience includes serving as managing director of the corporate finance group at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and managing director and group head of the entertainment and media group at Banc of America Securities.
Jack Pearlstein, Solera's current CFO, will step down from his role upon Mendenhall's appointment, but will remain with Solera in a consulting role to assist with the transition through the completion of Solera's current fiscal year, and on an as needed basis thereafter.
San Diego-based Solera is a provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry. The company is active in over 50 countries across six continents.
