Securitas Systems (STO:SYSIB) is purchasing the Swedish company Forebygget Brandskydd AB. The acquisition will be concluded during the first quarter 2008. The purchase price is between 4-7x EBITDA.
Forebygget Brandskydd supplies fire protection services to companies and public authorities throughout the country. The annual sales for 2007 amounted to MSEK 11 (MEUR 1.2) and the company has 9 employees.
