CALABASAS HILLS, Calif.--The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (Nasdaq:CAKE) today announced the opening of its 126th Cheesecake Factory restaurant at the Pittsford Plaza in Pittsford, New York, a suburb of Rochester, on July 26, 2007. The restaurant contains approximately 10,400 square feet and 290 seats.
