Ultimate Software IT Team Wins First Place Award with Software-as-a-Service Solution Intersourcing
WESTON, Fla.--Ultimate Software (Nasdaq:ULTI), a leading provider of end-to-end strategic human resources, payroll, and talent management solutions, announced today that it has been chosen as the first-place winner in the Best IT category for the 2007 American Business Awards. The awards were presented on June 11 in New York City.
Ultimate Software's winning entry focused on the team's support of the company's hosted service delivery model Intersourcing, customer satisfaction with the services, and the positive impact that the software-as-a-service offering has had on Ultimate Software's revenues.
More than 2,000 entries from companies of all sizes and in nearly every industry were submitted for consideration in more than 40 categories. Called "the business world's own Oscars" by the New York Post, The American Business Awards is the only national, all-encompassing awards program honoring great performances in business. In previous years, Ultimate Software was recognized as a winner in the categories of Best Customer Support Organization, Best Development Team, and Best Salesperson.
