Hay Group Expands its National Healthcare Practice
PHILADEPHIA--Hay Group is pleased to announce that Jim Otto has joined its National Healthcare practice as a Senior Consultant in its Atlanta, Georgia office.
C.J. Bolster, Vice President and General Manager and Leader of the National Healthcare practice, said, "Jim provides us with extensive experience in working with boards and management at healthcare providers on executive compensation and benefit strategy and programs. He gives us capabilities that allow us to continue our focused expansion in the healthcare provider industry."
Jim began his career as an associate at a major law firm in Cleveland, Ohio, and continued his development at a human resource consulting firm and two "Big 4" accounting firms, where he worked in the specialty group providing human resource services to clients.
Jim has a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH and a Juris Doctor from the Moritz School of Law at The Ohio State University.
