NEW YORK--CyberCore Technologies, LLC, a leading provider of information technology services to a variety of defense-related government agencies, has been acquired by Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm.
Citi Capital Strategies, a division of Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and a leading investment bank serving privately held businesses, served as the exclusive financial advisor to CyberCore Technologies, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
